Submit your stage play to DayWalker
In line with our ethos to seek and foster new talent we are always glad to receive new works for consideration.
When submitting stage plays to us please follow these formatting requirements and be sure to read the notes below.
- Font face shall be Courier 12pt
- Line spacing shall be 1.5
- Allow a carriage return between each character's dialogue
- Character names in bold followed by a colon and dialogue 1 - 2 tabs indented with a hanging indent where it flows over two or more lines
- Set descriptions shall be kept to the bare minimum and be in left justified caps.
- Stage direction shall be kept to a minimum and be in caps contained in parentheses and right justified where employed
- The title shall appear in the header of each page
- Page number shall be in the top right hand corner
- Your name and contact details including address, telephone number and email address shall appear be on the front page
- Submissions can be accepted via email or hard copy
- If submitting via email please send as an attachment as Word 97,2000,XP or 2003

1. By submitting your work to DayWalker Productions (DWP) you are granting permission to DWP to produce and stage your work as interpreted by DWP.
2. If your work is used you will be credited as the writer and we will liaise closely with you.
3. Unsuccessful submissions will not be returned.
4. Submission is not a guarantee that the work will be used.
5. It is DayWalker Production's policy (wherever possible) to provide feedback on unsuccessful submissions. If you would prefer not receive feedback then please indicate this in your covering letter or email.
6. We will keep your contact details on file for the purpose of communicating with you regarding future productions and projects. We will not sell or give your work or contact details to any third parties.
