We have taken on a huge challenge to bring a varried programme to this year's festival. We have worked closely with local writers, actors, directors, musicians, students and the learning disability group to put together what we believe will be a great ten day's worth of entertainment.
Please come and support as many of our events as you can - we'd love to see you there. Below you will find our full programme including dates, venues, times costs and details of each event.
We are kicking off the run at the Constitutional Club with the increasingly popular format of "8 Tens From 8" This is an evening of short plays - each about ten minutes long. It will be the third time that DayWalker has used this format, which is a wonderful platform for showcasing new writing and an opportunity to work with some new local actors. This show has some great new pieces of short theatre for you to enjoy:

The evening is split into two acts with a free buffet in the interval.
"Fashion, beauty, trends, belief systems...We all have something we follow, wanting to belong in fear of rejection.
The performance deals with segregation, social exclusion and conflict, examples of which we can see in our lives on an every day basis.
The Media, politics, governments are watching and manipulating us like Big Brother and we follow, falling into their traps, forgetting who we are.
Today we think we have a choice but what about tomorrow?"

For one night only DayWalker are presenting trunkdog who bring their very own unique and alternative view of the world to Bury St Edmunds in an original act of cleverly crafted and brilliantly performed songs and general hilarity.
We will be searching for lost dogs and meeting the Travelling Dip Dandy as this comedy duo take us through their version of the classic five course menu.
French fine dining with a twist.
Formed in 1997 during the 90s, Trunkdog's first foray into world touring took in Briarwood Ave, Bury St Edmunds to name but all of the venues.
Adopting a comedy style with influences as far flung as Chas 'n' Dave, Peters and Lee, Saxon and others, their unique sound soon travelled across the road to the odd-numbered houses as well.
Following the overnight success of this tour, the band retreated to the studio for eight years where very little actually happened.
In 2005, owing to an administrative error in the company Christmas raffle, the band was forced to actually play something in front of real people. The legend returned.
Today, refreshed and penniless, the band makes one of its many rare appearances at the 2007 Bury Fringe Festival, marking what will certainly become the turning point of all western music (one way or another).
Trunkdog are: Derek Langley & Paul Tuli
